My home garden studio hair salon

Updated: Mar 4, 2023

I loved my hair salon in Ipswich town centre! It was successful, fun, lively, busy and best of all it was my own personal stamp in the hairdressing world. Times changed, Coronavirus came, energy bills soared, the cost of living with up and up, faster that what seemed possible and we all changed how we spent our hard earned cash. Business' struggled, some have closed and disappeared, we all work smarter and harder and for me, the best solution was to invest in my own home garden studio. I wanted to offer a more peaceful private environment for my clients, a place that you can relax and enjoy. Investing in a smaller privately owned salon at home was my idea. Parking in town centre is expensive and sometimes inconvenient, parking at my new salon has it own designated space, just outside, for free!

I opened my new garden studio salon in the summer 2022 and in this wonderful space, it offers all the comforts that my town centre salon offered and so much more. You can bring your puppy dogs with you and they are free to enjoy my garden or come sit with us in the salon, Nellie, my toy poodle is has her own special place in the salon and begs for cuddles or happy to snooze in her spot! I have gained new clients from my local area, and my town centre clients have continued to support me, which is wonderful! I am blessed to be able to complete such a project, where I learnt how to plumb, insulate and plasterboard! With the help and support of my husband and family, we have completed the salon and look forward to seeing you there xxx
